Ascent Track & Field ClinicS

HIGH JUMP SCHEDULE

What to expect

Spend 2 days learning from some of the best minds in the sport.

2 DAYS. A TOOLSET FOR THE WHOLE SEASON

At an Ascent Track Clinic, athletes and coaches will explore how to generate tangential forces through curve mechanics, apply proper takeoff and flight techniques, and use visual focus and alignment strategies to enhance performance.

They will learn practical systems for assembling and triangulating approaches, learn foundational and high-jump specific skills, and learn how to implement season-long progressions in their training. They will also learn many different ancillary routines that will help prevent injuries and strengthen deficiencies, helping them to have a more productive training environment long after they have left the clinic.
