Ascent Track & Field ClinicS
COLUMBIA THROWS SCHEDULE (SHOT PUT ONLY)
What to expect
Spend 2 days learning from some of the best minds in the sport.
A PROGRAM FOR ALL SKILL LEVELS
Throughout the two days of an Ascent Track Clinic, throwers are introduced to a series of easy-to-follow progressions, focusing on positioning, strike, and footwork fundamentals during delivery.
Whether you’re an experienced thrower or just picking up an event, our coaches will meet you where you are and help you with your event-specific sequences. In addition to event-specific work, athletes will also be introduced to general strength work, drills, mobility work, and training methodology.
