As an undergraduate, Que was a four-year scholarship member of the Division I University of Rhode Island women's track & field team, specializing in hurdles, sprints, and relays and served as a team captain during her senior year. She earned First Team All-Conference honors for the Atlantic 10 and First Team All-New-England honors in both the 60-and 100-meter hurdles.  In both events, she was the Atlantic 10 Conference Champion. Que was named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll from 2009-11 and made the Atlantic 10 Academic All-Conference Team. After two years as a volunteer assistant at URI, Que joined Smith where her primary responsibility was with the sprints and hurdles while also assisting with the jumps and throws. She also aided in recruiting efforts and was involved in Smith's SCID (Sports Committee of Inclusivity and Diversity).

I  look forward to continuing to add to their experience as the head women's coach and assisting the men's program.
